Tutor and/or coach a diverse group of English language learners at middle or high schools in Baltimore City or southeast Baltimore County. Soccer Without Borders provides refugee and immigrant participants with year-round soccer programming, plus English language learning, teambuilding, and mentoring.
Help with administrative tasks, including computer skills, mailing items, stuffing envelopes, and more at Franciscan Center of Baltimore. Franciscan Center provides assistance and supportive outreach to people who are economically disadvantaged in Baltimore City (including a food pantry, meals, empowerment services and more).
Assist adoption counselors at Baltimore Humane Society in processing applications, completing data entry, helping with adoptions, sorting donations, organizing food bank, etc. Baltimore Humane Society provides care to thousands of animals each year and provides services such as low-cost spay and neuter, vaccines, and more.
Help deliver free, local produce (via car or bicycle) to older adults in Baltimore City through Civic Works’ Affordable Produce Delivery Program (APDP). Civic Works provides education, skill development, and community services to vulnerable populations throughout Baltimore.

Provide individual or small group instruction for students in K-12th grade (matched based on interest/knowledge) after school at St. Francis Neighborhood Center. St. Francis Neighborhood Center provides food distribution, education, and other services to adults and children in Baltimore City.
Assist with projects in the art room at the Center for Women & Children at Helping Up Mission. Tasks include leading/teaching art workshops/projects, managing supplies, and ensuring the art room is clean. Helping Up Mission is a 24/7 shelter in Baltimore City for men, women, and children experiencing addiction, homelessness, or poverty.
Help with landscaping and other farm tasks at Civic Work’s Real Food Farm, which provides affordable produce to those in need. Civic Works provides education, skill development, and community services to vulnerable populations throughout Baltimore.
Assist with childcare (infants and toddlers) in the Center for Women and Children while parents are attending Helping Up Mission programs and classes. Helping Up Mission is a 24/7 shelter in Baltimore City for men, women, and children experiencing addiction, homelessness, or poverty.

Adopt a donation bin in your neighborhood/community to collect used/excess sports equipment and then bring to Leveling the Playing Field to inventory and donate the items. Leveling the Playing Field provides donations of used and excess sporting equipment to programs and schools serving low-income communities.
Welcome and greet blood donors, escort as necessary, and assist with intake at American Red Cross blood drives. The American Red Cross responds to emergencies, disasters, and more by mobilizing volunteers.
