Assist with projects in the art room at the Center for Women & Children at Helping Up Mission. Tasks include leading/teaching art workshops/projects, managing supplies, and ensuring the art room is clean. Helping Up Mission is a 24/7 shelter in Baltimore City for men, women, and children experiencing addiction, homelessness, or poverty.
Thursday afternoons (2:15pm-4:45pm); one-time or ongoing opportunities available
Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and complete a background check. Volunteers must identify as female. Familiarity with a sewing or Cricut machine preferred but not required. Maximum of 4 volunteers allowed.
