We caught up with local grandfather, Jim Schwartz to get insights into some of his favorite places to take his grandchildren in Baltimore. Jim, a resident of Pikesville, is a grandfather to 2 kids ranging in age from 10 – 13. He likes to discover places where both he and his grandchildren can have fun and explore together. Station North Arts and Entertainment District - Baltimore MagazineStation North Arts District: Designated as Maryland’s first official Arts & Entertainment District, Station North is the perfect spot for a stroll with older grandkids. Keep an eye out for projects and events in the Baltimore Sun or Baltimore Banner.

Druid Hill Park Disc Golf Course: Bring the grandkids out to enjoy a day in nature at Druid Hill Park.  It’s a fun and free activity that’s sure to be a hit with the whole family. Pro tip: try out disc golf while you’re there.
